- Cleaning – make sure the application area is clean, smooth and dry.
- If the decal has separate parts, cut them apart and apply each one separately.
- You can mark where the wall decal will go on the wall before applying it.
- Place the wall decal on a flat surface such as a table and use a credit card or something similar to press the vinyl decal firmly onto the clear transfer tape.
- Peeling – gently peel the decal off the backing paper. If the decal is very large, we recommend peeling only part of it and continuing to peel as you apply it.
- Initial placement – gently place the decal in the desired spot and be careful not to press hard until the next step.
- Securing the decal – press the edge of the decal onto the desired spot and continue applying with one hand holding the attached edge while the other hand smooths the decal onto the surface.
- To prevent air bubbles under the decal, we recommend smoothing it with a small, rigid card such as a credit card, driver’s license or similar.
- Remove the clear transfer tape from the wall.
