Delivery times

We make everything to order — we don't keep standing stock. So the total time is made up of 2 stages: production in our studio (2-4 business days) and delivery to your door (1-3 business days).

Total for most orders: 5 business days from the moment we receive your final approval of the print proof. The print proof is sent within 24 hours of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs the same anywhere in Israel: ₪30 for home delivery, andfree on orders from ₪300. Local pickup from Rishon LeZion — always Free.

How do I track my order?

At every stage of production and shipping, you receive an automatic SMS with the status. Plus — a direct link to a live tracking page.

Return policy

All our products are made to order — in the sizes, design and colors you choose. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (goods made specially for the consumer), transactions cannot be canceled and products cannot be returned after the order has been placed.

To make sure you're happy — Before production starts, we send you a digital preview for approval, so you can see exactly how the product will look. Production starts only after you approve.

In exceptional cases of an error on our part or a production defect — we resolve it within 48 hours at no cost (see section 6 below).

Defective product, shipping damage or an order error

If the product arrived damaged or doesn't match your order — we resolve it within 48 hours, at no extra cost. That's our commitment to you.

Custom products

Custom products (wallpaper from your own photo, special sizes, unique designs) are supplied No right of return, as it is a one-off production that cannot be resold.

That doesn't mean you're on your own. If the product doesn't match your order, is defective, or has a quality issue — we remake it at our expense. We don't release an item we wouldn't be happy to display in our own home.
